In a world where audiences are constantly evolving, many brands struggle to stay relevant, connect meaningfully and cut through the noise. Too often, communication becomes transactional — but not felt.
Our purpose is simple. We help brands build meaningful connections with people by combining strategy, creativity, technology and cultural intelligence to create work that is not only seen, but remembered and acted on.
Rooted in culture, we understand what moves people. That allows us to craft campaigns that feel authentic, drive engagement and deliver measurable impact.
We immerse in communities, culture and context before we propose anything.
We translate insight into a sharp, defensible strategic position.
We craft ideas, content and experiences people want to engage with.
We activate across channels, creators and communities that matter.
We measure, optimise and compound performance over time.
We understand people, communities, behaviour and context before we create.
We turn insight into ideas, content, experiences and communication people want to engage with.
We use media, technology, optimisation and measurement to connect creativity to business outcomes.
Soulproviders Collective supports brands across the full digital campaign lifecycle — from strategic planning to execution, optimisation and reporting. We bring together audience understanding, platform planning, creative development, media buying coordination, trafficking, performance monitoring and post-campaign learning.

Building credibility for an African-led HIV response.

Integrated Campaign Development, Digital Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media Management, Design, Training & Workshops
The HIV Control Working Group required a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to strengthen its brand presence and effectively communicate its mission to key stakeholders and target audiences. As an organisation operating in a critical public health space, HCWG needed to build credibility, increase visibility, and drive meaningful engagement across digital platforms. The challenge extended beyond awareness — it included establishing and managing social media platforms, driving traffic to the website, generating leads, and ensuring consistent, impactful communication. Additionally, HCWG required an updated website design, a cohesive brand identity system, and capacity building through skills development for its internal team.
We adopted a strategic, insight-led approach to build a strong and sustainable digital presence for HCWG. This began with in-depth audits, analysis, and biannual reviews to align all digital activity with the organisation's core objectives and evolving needs. From there, we developed and implemented integrated digital campaigns supported by consistent content creation, design, and messaging aligned to a unified brand CI. Our approach balanced long-term strategic planning with agile, month-to-month execution — ensuring the brand remained relevant, responsive, and engaging. In addition to campaign development, we prioritised ongoing community management and real-time engagement, supported by paid media and performance reporting. We also facilitated a social media and skills development workshop to empower HCWG members with the tools and knowledge to sustain and grow their digital presence.
We implemented a full-scale digital ecosystem for HCWG, which included the set-up and management of social media platforms, ongoing content creation, and the roll-out of targeted digital campaigns aligned to key health messaging and organisational priorities. The website was refreshed to improve usability, visual appeal, and alignment with the newly developed brand identity. A cohesive CI system was established to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from social media to campaign collateral. On a monthly basis, we delivered copywriting, design, and content aligned to campaign plans, supported by active community management conducted three times daily, Monday to Friday, including public holidays. Paid media and reporting were also implemented to optimise performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Through a structured and insight-driven approach, HCWG established a strong and credible digital presence that effectively communicates its mission and engages its target audience. The integrated strategy improved brand consistency, increased visibility across platforms, and created a foundation for ongoing audience growth and stakeholder engagement. By combining strategic thinking, creative execution, and skills development, the project not only elevated HCWG's digital footprint but also equipped the organisation with the tools to sustain its impact in the public health space.
A strategic voice for free expression advocacy.

Digital Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Research & Insights, Content Advisory, and Training & Workshops
The Campaign for Free Expression required a strategic approach to strengthen its digital presence and increase awareness of its mission within a competitive and often complex advocacy landscape. As an organisation operating in the public interest space, it needed to clearly articulate its role, connect with like-minded organisations, and identify meaningful partnership opportunities. At the same time, the internal team required the skills and tools to effectively manage and grow their social media presence in a sustainable way.
We began with in-depth category research to better understand the broader ecosystem, identify potential partners, and uncover opportunities for collaboration. This was complemented by a detailed analysis of the organisation's brand, audience, and existing digital presence. Our approach focused on translating these insights into a practical, actionable social media strategy. We identified the most effective platforms, tools, messaging frameworks, and visual approaches to help the organisation communicate more clearly and consistently. In parallel, we prioritised skills development to ensure long-term sustainability, equipping the internal team with the knowledge and confidence to execute the strategy independently.
The Campaign for Free Expression gained a clear, strategic foundation for its digital communications — supported by a confident, capable internal team ready to grow its presence and influence across the advocacy space.
